भरतः षड्विंशतिपञ्चयोजनशतविस्तारः षट्चैकोनविंशतिभागा
योजनस्य ||२४||
Meaning
भरत क्षेत्र का विस्तार पाँच सौ छब्बीस सही छह बटे उन्नीस योजन है ||२४||

भावार्थ

English Meaning:

The width (from south to north) of the region Bharata is 526 6/19 yojana. That which is 526 yojana in width (from south to north) is Bharata. Is it only so much? No; 6/19 yojana is added to it.
